Job Description: We are recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned software organisation who are looking for a Global Payroll Manager who will support the organisation on a journey as they transition to a global team collaborating with both local and international team members.

Role: Global Payroll Manager

Location: Newcastle, Hybrid 3 days on site

Salary/Rate: Day Rate: £63,000 - £75,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and development of a 4-person payroll analyst team
• Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll for the UK, Ireland and South Africa with your team
• Leverage automation and tools to refine payroll operations
• Continuously work on process improvements and look for automation opportunities
• Provide strategic oversight of global payroll functions
• Identify and implement enhancements
• Lead global payroll operations using SAP across multiple regions

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills within an enterprise environment
• Strong background in running and processing payroll
• UK and Ireland payroll experience needed; global payroll experience is a big plus
• Ability to automate processes
• Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience
