Global Payroll Manager - 5 month contract - London - up to £450 per day - Remote/ Hybrid basis

Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a global technology firm, who are looking for a Global Payroll Manager, on an interim basis. This role will be responsible for the UK & international markets, and can be either on a remote, or hybrid basis, based in their London office.

The Global Payroll Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:

• Lead global payroll strategies and collaborate with local People teams
• Define global processes for payroll management and oversee processing schedules
• Manage relationships with third party payroll providers
• Management of the pension policy, ensuring that the policy is applied accurately and organise the delivery of financial planning clinics
• Ensure compliance with legislative processes and tax obligations.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery in payroll processing

Key Skills

• Strong Global payroll management experience is essential
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Advanced excel Excellent communication skills
