We're on the hunt for an experienced Global People Partner Lead - Supply Chain & Operations reporting to the Vice President. A Global People Partner responsible for driving Elekta's People agenda, operating as a strategic partner to the Leadership team, while ensuring our global HR processes are implemented in accordance with Elekta’s policies, practices, and objectives.
What you’ll do at Elekta
This role requires personal impact and credibility to influence key decision-makers to enable future growth.
The responsibilities of the Global People Partner Lead include (but are not limited to):
- Build trust and ensure a people-centric and value-added approach that supports business objectives.
- Increase the use of meaningful data-driven insights to improve decision-making on all matters related to people, acting as both coach and consultant across the business to develop and promote a comprehensive people management strategy.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the business line level for alignment of the corporate People strategy with other business strategies.
- Anticipate and identify potential leadership gaps.
- Contribute to the development of global HR processes and programs by providing insights into business requirements and specific commercial acumen.
- Deliver on succession planning, strategic workforce review, talent review, organizational efficiency.
- Support managers in areas such as global employee surveys (team development), coaching, organization design and development, pulse checks, LTI & STI (global plan), annual merit execution, job architecture, benchmarking & equal pay, and special incentives.

- Excellent stakeholder management, consultation, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and balance the people and business aspects of the role.
- Strong business acumen – understanding how decisions impact business performance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Culturally savvy, with proven ability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments.
What you’ll bring
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, mainly from HR business partnering, preferably gained in a dynamic, matrix, and change-oriented global organization with process complexity.
- Broad generalist with subject matter expertise in change management, organizational development, and re-design.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement, along with in-depth knowledge of transformational change activities and programs.
- Good IT skills, including MS Office and HR database/systems management tools.
