We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to lead global messaging and storytelling initiatives that strengthen brand reputation, unify narratives, and drive engagement across internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies, manage crisis situations, and oversee media and public relations efforts. You will partner closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent, impactful messaging that aligns with business objectives. Your influence will shape how the organization communicates its vision, values, and thought leadership to a global audience.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute global communications plans that align with business priorities and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Maintain and manage messaging frameworks, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adaptability across audiences and regions.
  • Oversee public relations strategy, media engagement, and storytelling initiatives to enhance brand authority and executive visibility.
  • Lead crisis communications planning, advising leadership, and ensuring coordinated, strategic responses.
  • Drive internal communications, connecting employees across regions, and promoting culture, values, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure communications reflect brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on communications effectiveness, providing insights to optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public relations, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing global communications strategies and messaging frameworks.
  • Experience managing crisis communications and advising senior leadership under high‑pressure situations.
  • Expertise in media relations, PR campaigns, and corporate storytelling.
  • Strong internal communications experience across regional or global teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent business and brand acumen.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with precision.
  • Native English speaker; additional European languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
