KaneHR is working with an innovative technology company, Kivue, to find candidates who have a passion for customer service and delivering high-quality solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Perform, Kivue’s SaaS Portfolio Management and Reporting solution. The Graduate Customer Value Manager will learn to support a blue-chip customer base across all aspects of the customer journey and maximise value from Perform. Internally, this role is called the Customer Value Manager, with a key focus on maximising client value from Perform.
Kivue is a small business with a strong team bond, offering graduates exposure across the organisation, including interaction with senior leaders up to the MD and COO. You will gain insights into how organisations work and be involved with Product Development and Sales & Marketing teams. Perform is designed to be visual, engaging and simple to use, emphasising that simple solutions drive better client outcomes.
What will be expected from you?
Within a small, dynamic team, the Graduate Customer Value Manager will impact the entire customer lifecycle, including:
- Playing a key role during implementation, capturing requirements and leading the configuration of the system to align with the customer’s portfolio management/project delivery environment and optimise the value derived from the solution.
- Leading face-to-face and video training sessions for various levels within customer organisations to ensure understanding and maximum value from the solution.
- Optimising the use of Perform by collaborating with experienced programme and project delivery professionals to understand the customer’s operating model, organisation structures, ways of working, and challenges.
- Owning the configuration of the product on customer instances to ensure it fits the customer’s requirements.
- Developing an understanding of the PMO (Portfolio Management Office) function and assisting with core PMO activities for certain clients.
- Working with customers to understand issues and progressing problems from initial report to final resolution.
- Developing materials and methods to improve the service provided by the Customer Value team.
- Identifying and driving areas for service improvement and, where appropriate, leading cross-team efforts to design and implement changes.

- Develop a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Company products and their functionality.
- Represent customers’ requirements for enhancements and changes to product and development teams.
- Prepare customer-related materials for training and new functionality.

Kivue offers a flexible, hybrid working approach with a modern office in Reading (minimum attendance once per week) and access to offices in London; option to work from home part of the time. The role may require some travel to customer sites as needed.
