Salary: $58,000 – $66,000 (upon first client engagement)

What you’ll receive

Salaried training in the UK: Fly to London for 15 weeks of immersive, instructor-led training in data fundamentals, specialist skills (relevant to client demand) and hands-on exposure to projects.

Earn While You Learn: Kickstart your career with a salaried program, earning up to $50,000 during training

Paid-for flights and Accommodation: We’ll cover your flights to and from London, and your accommodation whilst you’re here, so you can focus on learning alongside a supportive cohort of peers, including others from the US.

Make a Real Impact: Return to the US post-training to work on cutting-edge projects with industry leaders across finance, healthcare, retail, and beyond.

Rapid salary increases: Earn up to $82,000 after 24 months.

Ongoing pastoral and professional support from our dedicated Consultant Success team

Access to ongoing development in the form of training resources, paid-for accreditations, and mentoring, plus real-world exposure to client work

Opportunities to earn up to $130,000 after four years, if you remain with us and progress into a senior consultant position

No prior skills or experience in data is required to join Kubrick, as we’re looking for people who are brand new to the field and want to take that first step.

Salary breakdown

Throughout your employment with Kubrick, you can expect to receive rapid salary progression in line with your growing skills and experience:

• Training salary = $50,000*
• Bench (post-training, prior to first client engagement) = $50,000*
• 0-6 months = $58,000 – $66,000*
• 6-12 months = $62,000 – $73,000*
• 12-18 months = $69,000 – $77,000*
• 18-24 months = $73,000 – $82,000*
• Experienced Consultant =$85,000-$100,000+*

*Depending on your home location, you may be entitled to a salary uplift due to cost of living. Increases are also awarded in line with performance.
