Since 1999, we have been delivering end-to-end solutions across Digital Delivery, Development, and Technology. We’re currently recruiting for Graduate Network Automation Developers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on the skills and experience you’ve gained through your university degree, internships, or self-learning. You’ll begin with a fully remote, fast-track, and fully paid 12 weeks training programme, followed by being deployed on project working with one of our customers, a leading UK Telecommunications provider.

You’ll build strong foundations in network automation and consulting, with training modules in:

  • Python
  • Jira/Atlassian
  • Networking
  • GCP
  • Databases

Our programme is designed to build your confidence and elevate your skills. You’ll also receive ongoing mentoring, professional development planning, and support throughout your deployment.

What we’re looking for

  • A strong passion for networking, automation, and modern software development
  • Background in computer science, software engineering, or networking disciplines
  • Strong Python, experience in automation frameworks, and cloud technologies
  • An inquisitive mindset and a desire to solve problems
  • The ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and collaborate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach

We offer:

  • £18,000 during training, rising to £28,850 once deployed, and £31,500 after 12 months
  • 22 days’ holiday plus eight bank holidays, with an extra day added for each year you work with us
