Graduate / Junior QA Tester - FinTech — Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 + benefits (share options, pension, life cover, income protection, private medical insurance, EV car scheme, Bike to Work scheme)

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing manual tests across web applications.


• Working closely with Product and Dev teams to ensure quality at every stage.


• Participating in Agile ceremonies and learning best practices in software testing.


• Gaining hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks.


• Growing your skills in test strategy, automation, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar – or equivalent practical experience.


• An understanding of software testing methods (functional, regression, exploratory).


• Exposure to tools like Jira, Postman, or TestRail (through uni projects, internships, or work experience).


• A collaborative approach and strong problem-solving mindset.


• A genuine interest in building a career in QA and software quality.
