We are seeking an Entry-level Recruiter to join the Technology Team at our growing London office.

Hunter Bond is a global recruitment firm specializing in finance, technology, & change sectors across Europe, North America, & Asia. We have established relationships with leading Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and innovative Startups.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with new people regularly and capable of assessing a candidate's potential through effective questioning and qualification.

You should possess excellent organizational skills to build and sustain a pipeline of prospective candidates and be committed to meeting and exceeding set quotas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with high classification or a strong, consistent work history
• Quota or goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines
