The Group now requires a Graphic Designer to join its growing in-house marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will work with other creative team members, to produce high quality content that conveys the company’s commitment to product quality, superior service and unique offering. He or she will play a key role in creating guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used, whereby ensuring brand consistency and integrity. Further, they will create designs or visual concepts that deliver information through imagery, art and photographs. The Graphic Designer will ideally have performed a similar role within the construction, fit out or manufacturing sectors previously, or certainly within a B2B environment. They will have strong experience of using graphic design software and be able to demonstrate a clear record of achievement.
Tasks within the role include but are not limited to:
- Quickly establishing a firm understanding of the company’s offering and differentials
- Collaborating with the commercial team to create attractive, engaging, informative and compelling presentation decks that help secure new business
- Working across all aspects of graphic design, including web and social media content, branded materials, posters, internal and external documents and marketing materials
- Creating visual designs that effectively communicate product and service offerings and brand (Case Studies, Whitepapers, e-Books, Marketing Materials, etc.)
- Delivering creative assets, utilizing appropriate software including InDesign
- Ensuring brand consistency across all creative output
- Preparing artwork for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Designing compelling presentations and internal communication materials, including decks for cross-functional and sales teams
- Managing and nurturing relationships with suppliers
