We are supporting a global, complex, multinational client in their search for a Group Financial Reporting Accountant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to contribute to high-level financial reporting in a global, dynamic and collaborative environment.

The role offers exposure to group-level reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to work within a business that operates across multiple jurisdictions and entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and group reporting packs.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Liaise with external auditors and internal stakeholders to support audit processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts for multiple legal entities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of group forecasts and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and support ongoing improvements to the control environment.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to align reporting standards and practices.
  • Support the implementation and testing of finance systems and process enhancements.
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to support decision-making at group level.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, including entity rationalisation, system upgrades, and policy changes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent).
  • Strong technical reporting experience, ideally within a multinational or complex group structure.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. SAP, HFM, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
