Group Reporting Manager – Location: Hertfordshire – hybrid. A growing business based in Hertfordshire are looking to recruit a Group Reporting Manager. A great business offering opportunities to grow, develop, and thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Group’s financial consolidation process and help deliver accurate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preparation of reporting schedules and instructions across the wider Group to ensure consistent and timely submissions.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems, and contribute to ongoing process and reporting improvements.
  • Play a key role in periodic business performance reviews, helping enhance how financial results are explained and presented.
  • Coordinate with auditors and subsidiaries to support the audit process and timely delivery of statutory accounts.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects—including working with the M&A team on non-routine transactions and corporate simplification efforts.
  • Work closely with the Head of Group External Reporting to address technical accounting issues and help shape Group financial policies.

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience
  • A collaborative team player with strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on deadlines and accuracy
  • A passion for continuous improvement in processes, controls, and reporting
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience with large ERP systems
