Overview of the positionReporting to the Operations Director for the company.Providing strategic (and hands on when needed) direction and advice across the multiple sites within a family owned, corporate light organisation where health and safety is seen as top priority.Inspire the board and come up with new ideas to promote and accelerate H&S to ensure the company is managing proactively.Take the company and individual sites, on a cultural journey.To develop, maintain, audit and ensure current and future legal compliance of the Group H&S management system.
