We’re seeking a Senior Group Treasury Manager to play a key role within a dynamic and high performing Group Finance function at a leading insurance and financial services organisation headquartered in Central London.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with proven insurance and/or financial services experience to take ownership of complex treasury operations, liquidity management and strategic funding initiatives at Group level.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop Group Treasury activities, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and capital optimisation
• Partner with senior leadership on funding strategies, investments, and risk management
• Deliver insightful analysis to support strategic decision‑making and drive financial performance
• Manage key relationships with banks, rating agencies, and internal stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with post‑qualification experience in an insurance or financial services environment
• Strong technical knowledge of treasury, liquidity and capital management
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and analytical capability
