Growth Lead role at Powerforce GBFull-time, Permanent.

The Opportunity

This is a brand-new, senior opportunity to drive organic growth and new business acquisition for Powerforce. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll lead our growth strategy—from designing winning proposals and marketing content to nurturing relationships and building a strong new business pipeline. You’ll be part of our Customer Leadership Team, working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, insights and finance to create compelling, commercially sound solutions for clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead proposals and bids — end-to-end responses to RFIs, RFPs, and pitches, ensuring they’re on-brand, on-time, and commercially strong
  • Create brilliant content — craft engaging sales materials, case studies, and presentations that bring Powerforce’s story to life
  • Own CRM and reporting — maintain accurate records, track progress, and generate insight reports
  • Activate campaigns — plan and deliver proactive marketing and new business campaigns to attract and convert prospects
  • Build relationships — proactively connect with potential clients, attend relevant events, and keep Powerforce front of mind in our industry
  • Champion continuous improvement — refine our growth processes, tools, and client engagement journeys

About You

You’re commercially savvy, creative, and naturally curious — someone who loves building relationships and turning opportunities into results. You’ll also bring:

  • Experience in business development, growth, or bid leadership (ideally in FMCG, retail or marketing environments)
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills — you know how to tell a story that sells
  • Confidence with proposal writing, CRM systems, and commercial pricing
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • A collaborative, positive attitude and a mindset for growth
