Location: Fully remote (UK-based)

About The Role: A key Payments company in the UK are looking for a commercially-minded Growth Marketing Manager to help scale their demand engine. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on building pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and nurturing opportunities through multi-channel campaigns and data-driven experimentation. As Growth Marketing Manager you will work closely with the Marketing Director to turn strategy into scalable, measurable campaigns across digital, email and partner channels. You will bring strong hands-on B2B SaaS experience and ideally knowledge of payments, PSPs or payment orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, LinkedIn and events
  • Partnering with Sales, Product and Content, you will launch programmes that connect with target buyers and turn interest into revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Sales on ABM programmes to target and engage high-value accounts (including iGaming and adjacent verticals), including outbound coordination and lead nurturing flows
  • Use A/B testing and data-led decision making to continually improve creative, messaging and conversion rates across landing pages, lead forms and nurture flows
  • Work closely with Sales to shape campaign targeting, refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and support outbound with integrated campaigns and assets
  • Partner with the Content Lead to align storytelling with campaign strategy, ensuring every asset has a clear role and measurable impact
  • Own the post-event and post-download lead strategy, helping Sales convert interest into qualified conversations
  • Work alongside the Marketing Director to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies, market segmentation and lead handover processes
  • Support Sales and Account Management teams with sales enablement materials, campaign insights and lead intelligence
  • Coordinate with the wider marketing and design team on creative assets and design execution, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines

The Successful Candidate

  • 4+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong track record in growth and demand generation roles
  • A relevant marketing degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong understanding of payments, PSPs or payment orchestration, or clear ability to learn this domain quickly
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Skilled in campaign planning, digital targeting, lead scoring and funnel measurement
  • Experience running ABM campaigns, nurture sequences and multi-touch journeys
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Design in a fast-moving scale-up environment
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and/or basic video editing tools
  • Experience in or exposure to the iGaming sector or other high-growth online verticals
