This is a remote position. The role is well suited to someone who has a track record using data to give meaningful insights, inform business strategy and ultimately create actionable plans that drive growth.

• Successful track record driving business growth
• Detailed understanding of subscriber growth and retention
• Experience in growth marketing within the music industry
• Data driven and able to turn insights into actions
• Familiar with BI tools, CRM systems and advanced analytics
• Confident managing and coordinating agencies and freelancers
