What we are looking for
We are looking for a talented growth marketer to join our dynamic team to own growth advertising across digital and offline channels. You will be obsessed with identifying new opportunities and tests to improve channel performance. You are confident in managing significant budgets, and working with our agencies to maintain efficiency whilst scaling ad spend. You will be happy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, intuitively understand our customers and be comfortable with data.
You are
- 2+ years experience in an acquisition-focused environment, ideally having scaled digital performance in a fast-growing business.
- Experience with Google Ads and strong analytical ability to push PPC performance.
- Highly numerate in making budget allocation decisions, and capable of supporting ideas and making decisions with data.
- Empathetic marketer with intuitive understanding of customers’ motivations, pain points and barriers to purchase.
- Experience briefing creative to optimise performance and build on learnings.
- Obsessed with relentless testing: including creative, targeting and LTV tests to improve performance in key areas.
- Experience of project managing cross-functional teams to build out key initiatives.
You will
- Own PPC, including managing significant budgets, identifying new gaps and opportunities, and managing the agency relationship.
- Build out creative briefing and testing plans across digital channels including Pinterest, Demand gen, and PMax.
- Increase ad engagement and conversion through continuous ideation, testing and learning of ad copy and creative.
- Build a CRO testing plan for the website, with the specific focus of improving conversion rate and lead generation. Work cross-functionally with the Tech team to get bigger projects over the line.
- Identify opportunities with our website’s SEO, including briefing in wider tech implementations to improve performance, and optimising key SEO pages to increase conversion rate and organic performance.
- Manage refer-a-friend platform, including website optimisations, email flows, and user incentives to increase referrals.
- Manage offline channels including direct sales (including door-to-door and in-house telesales) and event-based marketing initiatives.
- Build out an always-on Door Drop strategy. Identifying top customer targeting, and tailoring creative to appeal to these different segments.
- Work with the CRM team on email campaigns and strategies that support customer acquisition and lead building efforts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to share learnings, best practices and execute new ideas following campaigns.
