Growth Marketing Manager

Paid Acquisition (60%)

  • Own paid strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and more
  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns for CTR, conversion rate, and cost per qualified lead
  • Monitor daily performance, adjust budgets, and run A/B tests
  • Write compelling ad copy tailored to technical audiences
  • Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, HubSpot, and attribution frameworks
  • Produce monthly paid performance reports with insights

General Marketing (40%)

  • Support website improvements and conversion optimization
  • Assist with content promotion and distribution
  • Help coordinate webinars, email campaigns, and product launches
  • Contribute to experimentation across messaging, channels, and creative

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Youtube)
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Proven experience owning budgets and optimizing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to write strong ad copy for technical audiences
  • Understanding of attribution, UTMs, GA4, CRM integrations
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
