Growth Marketing Manager – Freelance
We’re hiring a hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to scale acquisition across our fantasy sports products.
You’ll work directly with the CMO to drive growth for Fantasy Football Hub, Fantasy Gaming Hub, and Wickets – our new AI‑powered fantasy cricket app launching soon.
Your focus: own paid acquisition end‑to‑end across Meta, TikTok, and Google. Test new channels, iterate creative, and find scalable ways to hit our user acquisition targets.
This is freelance and remote, starting part‑time (~25 hours/month) with clear intent to scale through 2026 as you prove impact.
What You’ll Own
- Run and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (search + UAC)
- Launch tests on new channels and scale as we learn
- Iterate creative angles for seasonal peaks
- Coordinate influencer/creator activations across football and cricket verticals
- Support cross‑platform campaign rollouts from brief to launch
- Performance reporting: deliver weekly snapshots of what’s working, what’s not, what’s next
- Track performance metrics across channels and products
- Recommend budget allocation based on performance data
About You
- 3–5+ years running performance campaigns in B2C SaaS, subscription, or gaming
- Expert in Meta, TikTok, Google Ads – you can build, launch, and optimise campaigns solo
- Comfortable working independently – you’ll have support whenever needed, but we judge on outcomes, not facetime
- Bonus: Experience and/or passion with fantasy sports, gaming, or seasonal/event‑driven products
- Full autonomy to run your channels and access to a six‑figure ad budget. Justify new ideas and go.
Contract
Freelance, remote. Starting at ~25 hours/month with intent to scale rapidly in 2026 as you deliver results. Prove you can drive acquisition at scale, and this becomes a full‑time role.
