Established in 2007, Spabreaks.com made an immediate name within the travel sector and quickly became Europe’s leading Spa Travel Agency. Having opened with just 2 staff and 25 UK based venues we have been on a rollercoaster journey and have now grown to a team of 65, working with over 500 of the world’s leading spa hotels in the UK and Ireland. We send away over 6000 travellers each week, have won multiple industry awards, and we are just getting started!

Purpose

As Growth Optimisation Manager at Spabreaks.com, you'll lead our conversion optimisation and organic growth initiatives while working closely with our development team, UX design team, SEO consultant, and other external partners. You'll be responsible for driving qualified traffic through SEO while maximising conversion rates across our website, ensuring our multi-million pound marketing investment delivers exceptional ROI through both optimised user experiences and organic growth.

This role is ideal for an ambitious, data-driven digital marketer who thrives in our fast-growing business environment and is passionate about making a significant impact on our customer acquisition through innovative SEO strategies and conversion rate optimisation across our high-traffic website.
