As the Haz Rev Coordinator, you’ll work closely with multi-disciplinary engineering, public health, and operational teams to ensure effective planning, delivery, and governance of these critical reviews.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise and attend site visits and risk assessment workshops, capturing accurate notes and minutes.

* Maintain project controls and governance documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Support investigations and develop mitigation strategies for identified water quality risks.
* Chair risk review meetings and liaise with key stakeholders from operational and water quality teams.
* Present findings clearly to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication of risk exposure and mitigation priorities.
* Track and coordinate the production of scopes of work arising from the reviews, addressing key public health risks.
Skills & Experience
* experience in the water industry, ideally within technical, public health, or risk management roles.
* Experience coordinating technical or engineering programmes, preferably in a regulated environment.
* Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies, particularly HAZOPstyle reviews, is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
* Confident chairing meetings, taking precise notes, and presenting findings to diverse audiences.
* Proactive and detailoriented, with the ability to uphold governance and track progress across multiple sites.
* Collaborative approach, working effectively with engineers, public health professionals, and operations teams.
Qualifications & Training
* Degreelevel qualification in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, engineering, public health).
* Actively working towards chartered status with a professional institution.
* Training or handson experience in risk assessment methodologies (e.g., HAZOP) is an advantage.
