This is a large, well-established gastro pub thats known for fresh, seasonal cooking and hearty, crowd-pleasing menus perfect for chefs who love proper pub food done right. The kitchen runs on fresh produce, high volume at times, and real pride in quality. Its often bonkers busy on weekends or peak days, and much calmer earlier in the week so the ideal candidate must be experienced in managing shifts at pace and organising quieter periods productively .
