Total Package
- Up to £83k base salary
- 40% commission

- Management of team with named list of existing strategic customers
- Lead and motivate a direct and matrix team to achieve high performance and excel in customer satisfaction
- Manage and coach the team in their personal and professional development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at C level
- Deliver revenue commitments and identity new growth opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow relationships with existing customers throughout their contract life cycle
- Ensure governance and cadence is in place with all accounts and participate in relevant meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technology, and service operations, to enhance the customer experience and build a sector plan
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sector and customer strategies
- Proven experience as a customer management leader or similar role, with a focus on account management and/or customer retention
- Development and leadership of high performing team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of the matrix organisation
- Experience in utilities industry is a plus, knowledge of OJEU environment is necessary
- Extensive knowledge of account management leadership in direct B2B market
- Comfortable creating and managing C Suite relationships
- Building a sector plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support
- Demonstrated success in achieving targets and negotiating contracts
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to understand and meet customer needs
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term strategies
