Head of Allocations and Replenishment - 6 month FTC

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Allocations & Replenishment to join a leading global retailer on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for developing and executing inventory management strategies across the European market.

The role involves:

• Driving inventory optimisation across Europe, maximising turnover and minimising losses
• Managing the full order lifecycle for all European locations
• Preparing and delivering regular inventory reports and analysis
• Collaborating closely with retail, logistics, and merchandising teams

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in allocations and replenishment across international markets
• Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to data and reporting
• Team management experience with a passion for developing talent
• Advanced Excel skills essential
