As the Head of Client Solutions , you will be the driving force behind the creation, implementation, and evolution of best-in-class client engagement strategies across our portfolio.
Design and execute innovative, data-driven client solutions that accelerate revenue growth and drive tangible value for each of our Joint Ventures.
Work together with our CEO’s and leadership teams on business development, key account management, and strategic client relationships, ensuring every business is equipped to thrive.
Collaborate with RE’s leadership team to develop and refine digital solutions that improve client and candidate experiences, shaping the future of recruitment technology and positioning our businesses at the cutting edge of recruitment innovation.
Continuously assess market shifts and competitor landscapes to refine solution-led commercial strategies for our clients, ensuring our portfolio businesses stay ahead of the curve.
Equip recruitment teams with the knowledge, tools, and frameworks needed to excel in client acquisition and retention, championing a culture of continuous improvement and solution-led delivery.
