The Role
As Head of Building Surveying, you’ll take full ownership of developing and delivering the company’s Building Surveying offering across the South West. You’ll provide strategic leadership, oversee key client relationships, and drive delivery across a diverse range of professional and project work including dilapidations, contract administration, technical due diligence, and refurbishment projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and growing a best-in-class Building Surveying team across regional offices
- Acting as the key client contact for major frameworks and private sector projects
- Delivering high-quality professional and project work across multiple sectors
- Driving business development and contributing to wider company growth strategy
- Mentoring and developing surveyors at all levels
About You
- MRICS qualified with strong technical and leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver complex instructions
- Commercially aware, client-focused, and passionate about growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build something exceptional
