Overview

As our Head of Business Development, you’ll lead expansion in the UK and EU, unlock opportunities, develop key partnerships, and help scale our presence across Europe. If you’re motivated by results and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our on-the-ground business development efforts across the UK and EU
  • Drive our market expansion strategy and contribute to ongoing growth initiatives
  • Identify and manage affiliate partners, influencers, and key distribution channels (online and offline)
  • Cultivate relationships with local ecosystem players, including fintech communities, accelerators, and media platforms to amplify reach
  • Represent the company at industry events, fintech meetups, and conferences, building strong partnerships and turning connections into qualified leads
  • Ensure compliance with internal legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to achieve business goals and accelerate initiatives
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, product updates & marketing campaigns, sharing insights with our network and internal teams
  • Be open to travel within the region as needed to attend events and meet partners

Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position. Exposure to fintech, investing, or trading in the UK/EU will be a strong advantage
  • A strong network in the UK and/or EU, especially within the affiliate, trading, or investing space is a must
  • Fluent-level English is a must, additional European languages are a strong advantage
  • Innovative, target-driven, and strategic thinker
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • High integrity, reliability, and strong business acumen
  • Proven people-management and leadership capabilities
  • Strong overall computer literacy
