Head of Business Development (Pharmaceutical Vertical) – Europe (Freight Forwarding)

£80,000 + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Benefits Package

Location: UK or EU-based | Hybrid/Remote with travel as required

A leading global freight forwarder is seeking a senior-level professional to lead and centralise its Pharmaceutical division across Europe.

This is a high-profile opportunity to shape the commercial and operational direction of a key vertical within a business that has strong global infrastructure, a long-standing reputation, and ambitious growth targets.

The Opportunity:

• Take ownership of the European pharmaceutical vertical within a top 20 global freight forwarder
• Lead commercial strategy and drive new business across key pharmaceutical and healthcare clients
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure excellence in GDP-compliant and temperature-controlled logistics
• Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute long-term vertical growth plans
