You will play a crucial role in guiding Haven as you transform data into actionable strategies, enhancing park performance and supporting investment planning. We want you to leverage the power of AI and automation to enhance personalisation, forecasting, and guest experiences. With a focus on clear, accessible insights and smart reporting, you’ll help teams across the business make confident, data-driven decisions every day.
Your Opportunity:

- Leading the creation of easy-to-use dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that give teams the insights they need — from park teams to senior leaders.
- Driving data quality, governance, and architecture while partnering with Tech and third-party experts to ensure the right tools and infrastructure are in place.
- Exploring and embedding AI and automation to unlock smarter forecasting, guest personalisation, and operational efficiencies.
- Inspiring and developing a brilliant BI & data team, cultivating a supportive, inclusive culture that brings data stories to life and helps everyone become confident using insights.
What we’d like you to bring:
- A skill for turning complex data into clear, engaging visuals and stories that everyone can understand and act on.
- A curious, analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving problems and uncovering opportunities.
- Practical experience with measurement, incrementality, and building impactful Sales & Commercial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead — building, inspiring, and guiding a high-performing team while balancing guest, team, and business needs.
- Extensive experience using tools like Tableau and Snowflake for data visualisation, analytics, and engineering.
- A keen interest in facilitating AI adoption and contributing to the evolution of our work practices.
What’s In It For You?
- Holiday allowance that rises with service, plus a ‘Holiday Buy Scheme’
- Annual bonus
- 20% discount on both Haven and Warner Hotels holidays for you, family, and friends
- Comprehensive wellbeing support
- Access to the Bourne Leisure corporate box at the O2 Arena, London
- Exclusive discounts with corporate partners
- Exciting career pathways, including Learning and Development opportunities such as Apprenticeships and Degrees
- Enhanced family-friendly policies and pay (eligibility criteria apply)
