Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission to top universities in the US, UK, EU, and beyond.

This is a full-time, remote position, based in theUnited Kingdom with possible travel to Europe and around the UK.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, able to build rapport easily, customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset.

The purpose of this role is to take ownership of Crimson’s growth within the Chinese diasporaacross UK andWestern Europe. You'll be responsible for:
- strategic market development
- lead generation and marketing management
- sales execution

You’ll engage prospective families, build trusted relationships, and represent Crimson at schools, conferences, and community events across the region.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

Working closely with the UK/Europe Country Manager, the Regional Marketing Manager, and the Chinese sales andmarketing team. This role will be focused on building, developing and furthering Crimson Education's market presence in the Chinese community in the United Kingdom & Europe, and leading the first point of contact for incoming potential Chinese clients (primarily parents), ensuring a smooth customer experience across a variety of Crimson programmes.

  • Demonstrating initiative, ownership, and student-first thinking in everything you do

You just might be the person we are looking for if you have/are:

  • An excellent previous sales and marketingtrack record
  • Highly organised, goal-driven, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable presenting to families, educators, and senior stakeholders
  • Native or Proficient in Mandarin
  • Proficient in English - Spoken/Written
  • Professionalism, Time and Stress Management, Confidence, Positive attitude (patience, empathy), Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
  • Experience in Chinese Marketing platforms and channels e.g. Red Note, WeChat etc.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success
  • Experience using CRM (Salesforce) and multiple systems and platforms
  • Experience in the education sector — for example, the high school or higher education space(s) (preferred)Background in college consulting or similarly parent focused roles (preferred)
