Henderson Scott is working with an East Sussex-based professional services firm that is looking to recruit a Head of Commercial Debt Recoveries. As Head of Commercial Debt Recoveries, you will need experience managing a portfolio of commercial debt, along with leadership skills and enjoy working with both new and existing clients.
By leading the commercial debt recovery team, the Head of Commercial Debt Recoveries will be responsible for reviewing internal and external opportunities, identifying alternative solutions, managing client relationships, and developing a team.
Successful applicants will have a debt recovery/credit control background within a professional services environment, be experienced leaders who have developed high-performing teams, and have used a debt recovery case management system. An Institute of Credit Management (CICM) qualification is desirable.
