Join to apply for the Head of Commercial role at The O2
At The O2, we don't just put on shows — we create unforgettable live experiences for millions of fans every year. From global stars to once-in-a-lifetime events, The O2 is the world's most popular music, entertainment and leisure venue. And now we're looking for a Head of Commercial to help us take things even further.
This is your chance to work at the heart of the action, leading the way on how we grow and deliver revenue across Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Parking and beyond. You'll play a key role in shaping how fans experience The O2, making sure every visit is memorable while driving commercial growth for the venue.
What You'll Be Doing
- Take the lead on all Food & Beverage (F&B) activity with our partners at Levy — setting targets, tracking performance and finding new ways to grow income across retail and premium areas.
- Drive commercial performance in Merchandise, working with National Merchandise to set clear goals and improve reporting, making sure this area keeps growing.
- Oversee Parking with our partners CSP and JustPark, building clear performance measures and ensuring it contributes strongly to the venue's growth.
- Work closely with teams across The O2 — from Premium Seating and Venue Operations to Global Partnerships — to make sure everyone's objectives are met.
- Support the Commercial Director with projects and business cases that drive future investment and growth.
- Collaborate with the Director of Ticketing and Senior Director of Premium Seating to maximise event contributions from off-manifest seating and support the premium side of the business.
We're after someone with strong commercial experience, ideally in the events, stadium or arena world — but if you've built and grown revenue in another fast-paced, customer-focused industry, we want to hear from you too.
You'll Need
- A proven track record in driving profitable business growth, revenue generation and yield management.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, plus the creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to spot and deliver new opportunities.
- Experience leading commercial projects and managing complex stakeholders.
- A positive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to stay professional and effective under pressure.
- Passion for live events and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
At The O2, you'll be part of an inclusive, entrepreneurial business that's all about creating unforgettable experiences for fans. No two days are ever the same — and you'll have the chance to make a big impact on one of the most exciting venues in the world.
We'll give you a thorough induction on how we work at AEG. Our induction and onboarding programme is a great way to meet other new starters and to learn about our culture and values. We will give you training in our systems, policies, and procedures so that you'll be set up for success.
Where: You'll be based at The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX. We work 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home. We offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
