My Northamptonshire-based client is looking for a permanent Head of Compensation & Benefits.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about reward, benefits, and data-driven decision-making. It offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to lead the UK & Ireland reward strategy and foster a culture where employees feel valued.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual compensation cycle, bonus schemes, and gender pay gap analysis
- Manage salary benchmarking, survey submissions, and incentive plan design
- Oversee employee benefits including healthcare, risk, and company car schemes
- Drive employee engagement through recognition and benefits communication
- Govern defined contribution pension plans and lead related communications
- Mentor an Analyst and collaborate across the wider HR function
