Head of CRM Platforms

We are seeking an experienced Head of CRM Platforms to lead the optimisation and integration of Salesforce and HubSpot across a complex, international business. This newly created role will play a critical part in ensuring our CRM systems are best-in-class, fully adopted, and delivering value across sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

The Role

  • Own the management, configuration and optimisation of Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Lead a team of 5–8 CRM specialists, embedding best practice and driving adoption.
  • Oversee data quality, governance, compliance, and reporting across CRM platforms.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and data teams to ensure CRM underpins customer engagement and the order-to-cash process.
  • Manage vendor relationships and budget, ensuring maximum ROI from CRM tools.
  • Shape CRM strategy to support growth, customer insight, and operational efficiency.

About You

  • Proven background in CRM platform leadership (Salesforce essential; HubSpot desirable).
  • Experience in CRM integration, migration, and governance across complex B2B organisations.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholders across commercial, finance, and technology functions.
  • Team leadership experience with the ability to coach and grow capability.
  • Strong commercial awareness – able to link CRM capabilities directly to business outcomes.
