What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end customer supply operations, delivering exceptional service across retail, DTC, and B2B channels.
  • Own and optimise inventory planning and availability strategies to balance growth with operational excellence.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and key customers, ensuring supply aligns with business goals.
  • Harness data-driven insights to anticipate trends, strengthen forecasting, and improve replenishment strategies.
  • Drive measurable performance improvements across warehouse operations, fulfilment, and customer service.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire your team, embedding accountability, energy, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a visible, hands-on leader who influences and collaborates across the business.

Essential experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in customer supply, inventory management, or supply chain within beauty, FMCG, or manufacturing.
  • Proven experience supporting teams through transformation and change
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of turning customer and channel insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence in data-led decision making.
  • A collaborative leadership style, skilled at breaking down silos and embedding cultural change.
  • Passion for customer experience, with the energy, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
