Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic oversight for IT and Digital services, shaping the overall strategy and roadmap while ensuring governance, compliance and operational resilience.
• Lead a small team and lean on 3rd party suppliers where necessary, supporting the business through a transition and growth agenda.
• Develop and maintain the IT services operating model, including governance and ensuring cyber security and risk are at the forefront of the service.
• Own IT budgeting, policy frameworks, audits, risk management and vendor contracts.
• Oversee IT Operations with a focus on cyber security and risk; there is another management layer for broader operational duties.
• Engage stakeholders across the business, including executives, heads of departments and users, to secure buy-in and drive security improvements.
• Shape the security posture and lead the team through a significant transformation.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity leadership, IT operations, governance and risk management.
• Knowledge in risk and governance space with the technical capability of Cyber Security.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage third-party suppliers; strong vendor and contract management skills.
• Strong governance, compliance and operational resilience experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement at executive level.
• Ability to gain security clearance is desirable.
