We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Cybersecurity – Software & Enterprise Systems to join our global IT function in a hybrid role.

Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational security of our enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and internal software systems. You’ll play a key role in embedding cybersecurity across our technology landscape, enabling innovation while ensuring resilience, compliance, and trust in our digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures for software and IT systems.
• Oversee secure cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and other platforms.
• Manage vulnerability and incident response processes for external and internal systems.
• Lead internal security audits, third-party assessments, and remediation efforts.
• Stay up to date with threats, trends, and technologies relevant to software environments.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, including experience in manufacturing or connected products.
• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure), application security, and enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to document and prioritise requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and manage change effectively.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills; capable of translating complex ideas across audiences.
• Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
