Head of Data Architecture

West Mids, (Hybrid, typically 2 days on-site)

£95,000–£100,000 + car allowance + benefits

This is your chance to build the foundations of how a national organisation thinks, talks, and acts on data.

You’ll own the data architecture vision, lead a small high-impact team, and embed the principles that make insight trusted, repeatable and fast.

• Define and evolve the enterprise data architecture : principles, models, patterns and guardrails across every function.
• Partner with data, technology and business leaders to build a unified, governed data ecosystem.
• Turn policy into practice design models that make analytics reliable and self-service thrive.
• Raise data literacy and evangelise the “why” behind data quality and good modelling.
• Coach two talented Data Modellers and elevate the craft across teams.
• Lead the continuous modernisation of data platforms and architecture standards.
