Director of Data Architecture

London (Hybrid, UK travel as required)

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone ready to take the step from delivering programmes to shaping an entire data architecture practice. You’ll act as the right-hand to the Head of Data, driving strategy, building capability, and leading some of the most complex transformation programmes in the market.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading practice development: defining propositions, scaling capability, and building out the next generation of leaders.
• Owning pre-sales and business development alongside senior leadership, building trusted C-level relationships.
• Acting as a mentor and figurehead internally, growing a culture of excellence in data consulting.

Experience required:

• Senior Manager, Director or Head of from a top-tier consulting or system integrator.
• Deep expertise in data architecture and large-scale transformation.
• Strong track record in business development, solution shaping, and practice growth.
• Natural leader with the credibility to influence both clients and internal teams.
