The Role
Own and deliver the predictive AI strategy across multiple regulated B2C markets. You’ll report to the CMO (also CIO/CPO), lead a small DS team, and work cross-functionally with product, tech, innovation, and local business units.
Responsibilities
- Set the AI/ML roadmap
- Scale internal GenAI tools across markets
- Ensure compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Influence senior stakeholders incl. CMO, CTO, CEO
Requirements
- 10+ years in ML/DS, including senior leadership
- Hands-on background in model deployment
- Strong B2C experience (e.g. ecommerce, gaming, telco)
- MSc required; PhD optional
- Exposure to GenAI and cloud ML stacks (Databricks, Azure, AWS)
