We are offering an exciting opportunity to join us as Head of Development and Delivery - a pivotal role responsible for shaping our town centres and building new homes for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of Basildon Borough Council's housing growth, estate regeneration, and town centre renewal programmes, as well as other capital investment projects.
• Develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary Development and Delivery Team and ensure successful planning, implementation, and delivery across all projects.
• Directly or via the private sector, deliver new properties and ensure excellence across all teams managed.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with a strong track record in real estate development, land assembly or design.
• Ability to provide vision, creativity and leadership to inspire the team and drive results.
