Head of Digital Products
New Today
As the Head of Digital Products in our Technology Security and Software distribution business, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of all customer-facing digital solutions, including our self-service web portal, e-commerce storefront, customer identity management, and marketing automation capabilities. Your mission is to drive digital excellence that enables seamless product discovery, licensing, provisioning, and support experiences for our partners, resellers, and end customers.

- Collaborate closely with teams across architecture, integration, CRM, ERP, and security to ensure cohesive system design.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital products from discovery, requirements, prioritisation, and development to release and performance optimisation.
- Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories, epics, and roadmap features.
- Work closely with commercial, marketing, and support teams to understand channel partner, reseller, and end-user needs.
- Ensure UX and functionality reflect the nuances of B2B and B2B2C software distribution, including self-service licensing and provisioning.
- Define and track key product KPIs (e.g., conversion, user engagement, operational efficiency).
- Use analytics and user behaviour data to drive feature improvements and platform optimization.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews) and manage distributed development teams (internal and third-party).
- Own relationships with external partners, development agencies, and platform vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Technical and Operational Leadership
- Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to resolve critical platform issues or integrations.
- Ensure consistency and scalability across the digital product ecosystem—covering branding, UX, security, and maintainability.
- Own and manage the digital product budget, ensuring ROI-driven investment decisions.
