The Opportunity

You will oversee a talented engineering team of around 35 people, building products that bring blockchain technology to life for developers and end users alike. This is a chance to shape the roadmap for decentralised applications, wallets, and developer tools, working closely with the leadership team and one of the project’s co‑founders. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high‑impact, user‑centric products while fostering a culture of innovation and engineering excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the engineering strategy in line with company goals and the wider roadmap
• Lead with a strong product mindset, partnering with Product, Design, and Commercial teams
• Drive innovation, accountability, and delivery excellence across multiple engineering teams
• Implement data‑driven standards for quality, performance, and scalability
• Stay ahead of blockchain and crypto trends, selecting technologies that enhance performance
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
• Inspire a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• A strong technical background, ideally as a Senior, Staff, or Principal Engineer
• Experience managing and scaling engineering teams
• A track record of delivering products that end users genuinely love
• Proven success leading complex technical projects from conception to delivery
• Passion for blockchain, decentralised technologies, and Web3 innovation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
