You are inherently Product-Minded: you see the technology stack as the ultimate enabler, not a bottleneck. In this executive role, you will be the key engineering voice, partnering directly with our Founder/CEO, COO, and CPO to shape our future.

Responsibilities

• Co-Pilot the Business: Sit at the executive table, driving cross-functional governance and aligning the engineering vision directly with our product roadmap and business growth objectives.
• Mentorship and Diversity: Cultivate an inclusive, empowering, and high-performance engineering culture. Always balancing the development of the product with the needs of the platform.
• Strategic Vision: Manage and optimize engineering budgets and headcount to ensure every resource delivers maximum strategic return.
• Engineering Integrity: Your strong engineering background will fuel an architecture-first mindset. Define the technical integrity, setting the standards and KPIs for long-term scalability, security, and performance.
