Head of Finance | Multi‑Site Health & Wellness Scale‑Up

Are you an ambitious, hands‑on finance leader looking to take full ownership of the finance function in a high‑growth, multi‑site health & wellness business?

This rapidly scaling brand operates across multiple locations and channels, delivering a premium customer experience and expanding nationally at pace. They are now seeking a talented Head of Finance who can bring structure, insight and commercial discipline as the business enters its next stage of growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the full month‑end close across multiple sites, ensuring accurate consolidated reporting and robust balance‑sheet control
• Deliver high‑quality financial analysis, including site P&L performance, labour/margin insights, and cash‑flow forecasting
• Strengthen financial controls, processes and system utilisation, driving automation and operational efficiency
• Partner with senior leadership, operations and site managers to support decision‑making, investment planning and performance optimisation
• Oversee annual budgeting, reforecasting and long‑term planning across the estate
• Manage external audit and compliance, ensuring strong governance as the business scales

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within multi‑site environments (health & wellness, leisure, hospitality, fitness, clinics or similar)
• Proven ability to operate at Financial Controller or Head of Finance level within a fast‑growth business
• Strong technical accounting background combined with a commercial mindset
• Demonstrable experience improving processes, controls and systems in a scaling environment
• Confident business partner able to influence senior stakeholders and support operational teams
• Comfortable working at pace, with the ability to build structure in an evolving organisation
