Job Description:

In this role, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering the financial vision of a dynamic international business. You’ll guide strategic decision-making, ensure sound financial management, and support the company’s continued success and sustainable growth.

  • Work alongside senior leadership to define and implement long-term business and financial plans
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive informed, data-based decisions
  • Develop and refine financial strategies to strengthen profitability and support new opportunities
  • Enhance financial systems and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and transparency
  • Oversee financial reporting, board documentation, and audit preparation
  • Maintain strong financial governance, ensuring full compliance with standards and controls
  • Assess and mitigate business and financial risks across the organisation
  • Lead and motivate a skilled finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to communicate progress and align on priorities

Experience Required:

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY in a finance and accounting senior role
