Head of Finance – Reporting
Location: Central London (hybrid, min. 4 days in office)
Contract: Permanent or Interim (inside IR35)
Package: £100,000 salary or £500–£550 per day
The Role
A hospitality and real estate group is seeking a Head of Finance – Reporting to lead group and statutory reporting, drive reporting improvements, and support on transactions including valuations, debt, acquisitions and exit readiness.
You’ll oversee a high-performing team across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process improvement while working closely with senior stakeholders, auditors, and lenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group and statutory reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Deliver quarterly reporting, valuations, and business planning cycles.
- Oversee cashflow, debt compliance, and treasury management.
- Support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and due diligence.
- Drive reporting process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
- Lead, develop and mentor a qualified finance team.
Candidate Profile
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent), 10+ years PQE.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group reporting.
- Experience in multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environments.
- Background in hospitality, real estate or related sectors.
- Proven leadership experience with large finance teams.
- Exposure to debt, treasury and transaction support.
