Role Overview

My client, a highly reputable fintech, is looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). You will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving financial insight and decision-making across UK and EU entities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic and commercial decisions.
• Align financial plans with business objectives across departments and markets.
• Build financial models for scenario analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure timely and actionable financial reporting.

Performance Reporting & Insight

• Develop KPIs and dashboards to improve performance visibility.
• Analyse revenue drivers, margins, and unit economics.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to improve data quality.
• Support scaling of financial processes.

Cash Flow Planning

• Forecast group cash flow and working capital.
• Provide forward‑looking analysis for risk and strategic decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or CIMA) with 5+ years FP&A experience, preferably in fintech or tech.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen.
• Advanced financial modelling and spreadsheet skills.
• Salary: Up to £100,000
