Head of Growth Marketing & Brand - Gamesporium (Remote – Europe-based)

About the Job

We’re hiring a Head of Growth Marketing & Brand. Gamesporium is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced professional to lead our brand and growth marketing efforts, someone who can shape how our story is told, grow visibility across markets, and strengthen our relationships with players and partners alike.

This is a full‑time, remote leadership position for a seasoned marketer passionate about gaming, strategy, and storytelling. You’ll have the freedom to shape our marketing direction from the ground up, building the systems, tone, and initiatives that define how Gamesporium grows and communicates.

Who We Are

Gamesporium is a global PC game storefront offering a diverse catalog of officially sourced titles to gamers worldwide. From indie gems to established hits, we make great games more accessible through trusted distribution, regional campaigns, and customer‑first pricing.

With 150+ partnerships, a fast‑growing catalog, and a purpose‑driven approach that supports charities like GamesAid UK, Safe in Our World and The Diana Award, we’re building something that’s both commercially strong and socially meaningful.

We’re a lean, fast‑moving team where initiative, creativity, and ownership are valued over hierarchy.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the brand and marketing strategy for Gamesporium globally.
  • Manage a substantial marketing and branding budget, allocating it across paid ads, content, community, and visibility campaigns.
  • Oversee performance marketing (Google Ads, social campaigns) and organic growth (SEO, blog, newsletters).
  • Combine creative brand building with data‑driven growth, ensuring every initiative translates into measurable reach and engagement.
  • Lead brand communications, ensuring consistent tone across web, LinkedIn, presentations, and partner materials.
  • Build and nurture a player community (Discord, newsletter, social media) and a partner‑facing communication flow (updates, visibility reports).
  • Plan and coordinate quarterly campaigns and charitable initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and charities.
  • Partner with leadership to prepare campaign assets, post‑event content, and marketing collateral.
  • Measure progress across traffic, engagement, and brand perception KPIs, providing regular insights and direction.

What We Expect

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, branding, or communications in gaming, entertainment, or e‑commerce industries.
  • Experience with digital game storefronts or PC gaming platforms (e.g., Steam, Epic, Humble, GOG) is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of building or elevating a brand’s visibility and engagement.
  • Equally comfortable crafting high‑level brand narratives and getting hands‑on with campaigns, analytics, and content execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Comfortable managing budgets and external resources.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and lead internal/external contributors.
  • Passion for games and curiosity for how the industry evolves.

Why Join Us

  • Lead the marketing direction of a fast‑growing PC games platform.
  • Shape a global brand that blends commercial impact with purpose.
  • Work closely with an experienced leadership team from the games industry.
  • 100% remote, flexible working hours (Europe‑aligned).
  • Join an international company that contributes to positive change in gaming culture.

⚠ Please note that this role requires direct experience marketing video games or working within the PC gaming industry. Applicants from non‑gaming sectors will not be considered.
